Design Philosophy
My path to floral design was shaped by a love for art, composition, and the quiet impact of thoughtful details. I’ve always been drawn to the in-between moments, the way light moves through a space, and how something simple can feel elevated with the right balance and restraint. I believe the beauty of a design exists within contrasts, color, textures, shape, the tension between structure and looseness, light and shadow, where the use of negative space can be just as impactful as the bloom itself.
Based in New England, my work is influenced by the surrounding landscapes, the changing seasons and weather, the coastal palette and shifting light. There is a natural symbiosis of elements that occurs and I try to honor that in my work.
What began years ago as an intuitive creative pull has evolved into something bigger, a floral practice centered on intention and feeling. My goal when designing florals not just to create something pretty for you, what’s more important to me is the moment it creates, the experience and atmosphere, the feelings, memories and emotions that flowers can evoke.

Illume is a client focused, full service floral studio, working primarily within weddings and editorial projects. Every collaboration begins with listening to your dream vision, aesthetic, and the atmosphere you want to create and ensuring that we are aligned. From there, I base my designs on your inspiration combined with my own expertise. The process is inclusive, thoughtful and highly personalized resulting in unique, custom florals that feel entirely your own.

Inquiries
Illume offers full-service floral design for weddings and events, with a focus on thoughtful composition, elevated materials and a highly personalized experience. We take on a limited number of projects each season to ensure that every detail is approached with care and intention. Full Service wedding design begins at $7,500. depending on scope, scale and location. For editorial and smaller projects proposals are created on a custom basis.
