While one half of our studio is fully dedicated to floral design, the other half is available to rent for photographers, artists, workshops & events. It’s a versatile, fully equipped creative studio space filled with natural light, furniture, props, backdrops, rugs and more. When you book our studio here is what you will be receiving:

• Natural light studio with southeast facing windows.

• Historic, industrial mill building with high ceilings, white walls, natural brick, & concrete floors.

• Over 900 sq. feet of rental space with neutral decor, furniture, props & photo backdrops.

• Access to a full kitchen, bathroom & changing room.

• Ground level entry for easy unloading & loading.

• Free parking is located directly in front of the studio entrance.

• Our studio is located at 9 Penstock Way, in Newmarket, NH.
